The best companies to partner with may not be the most successful in terms of market success.

3. Degree of correlation between product categories 

 

The factors of evaluation we consider in each of the areas are:

1. Synergies in focus markets and market strengths

  • Focus market segments

  • Latest partnerships signed by the partner

  • Investment in Partnership roles

  • Partnerships and Sales people in your own target regions

  • Spend on premium B2B ad networks in which countries

  • Patents in relevant subject area

 

2. Partners of competition as reference

  • Who are competitors’ partners

  • Latest partners signed on by competitors

3. Degree of correlation between product categories 

  • Number and % of joint installs for both partner products

The best partners are not necessarily companies that are most successful in the market but companies that have synergies in terms of market focus and who's product category has a good correlation with yours in terms of historical market adoption.
